I usually use the Columbus St. Location.Not one employee asked me if i needed help finding what i was looking for. One i asked for help was rude and short. Still had to find what i was looking for on my own.Pro card holder. Drive back across town next time. Not a good experience. Especially for a. Pro Card holder.

The customer service had the audacity to say that I broke my own washing machine, of 3 years, on purpose when it just broke down on me even though I still have it under a 5 year warranty plan. They sent a repair man to check what’s wrong with my machine and he wrote down the parts needed to fix the agitator and he said they should call us in two weeks. Two weeks go by and we decided to call them back and they said there’s nothing they can do because they “think” we broke our own machine on purpose. They’ll do whatever they can to avoid losing money and replacing appliances out of their own pocket. Defeats the whole purpose of having a warranty plan.
