Had a very good experience at the Pick Up station in the Oxnard location. Dora and her team were great! She had an someone check a truck that just arrived to see if one of our two appliances had arrived. It did so she was able to change our delivery date from a week out to the next day. Customer service was Awesome! Not once did I feel like they were not doing their best to help me with my needs. Thank you Dora and the other women who helped!

Their products are shelved neatly and got disappointed on my second visit when employees would give wrong answers. Same thing in Walmart, where actually I found it. Tell you Walmart never disappoints. It’s a boon to our economy too. Manager on site seems to listen when I briefed. Simple stuff seem so far away and not accessible because what…(what did you say?) Seasonal. That’s not just right thing to say when you are this big of a business.So I got it from WALMART.
