It is always a little more expensive than Home Depot (excluding the advertised sale items). Lowes employees seem to be slightly more personable, overall. They are BOTH EXCELLENT Home improvement centers. Seldom out of stock on any item

Purposefully went here instead of Home Depot, only thinking that I would get better help. Boy, was I right… Needed to get some hardware to string some outdoor lights. Was helped by Philip who saw through each piece of what I needed. He looked high and low for the cable I needed, was super courteous to my entire family, even giving my kids small Lowe’s kids projects. When it came time to grab some concrete, he offered to take the cart to the check out for me while I went to wash my hands. This is the kind of service that hardware stores are sorely lacking. Thank you Philip for the wonderful service and kind attitude. We need more folks like you
