Always a much better experience than other local home improvement store. Unfortunately this time I went to purchase 2 bedroom doors I wanted to replace. A contracted installer was sent out to take measurements, and he basically said oh you don’t need to replace them, you can just fix them, but ill send you estimate and you can decide what you want to do. I waited for estimate 5 days and never heard from them. I called Lowe’s to see if they received the estimate from installer. They said the installer said it was out of scope. So i called the contracted installer, and receptionist said he’ll call you back. He didn’t. They got my $40, and I still have no measurements, or estimate. I understand they are a contracted Pro, but Lowes should contact customer to make sure what was promised actually happened. No estimate. No measurements, for the doors I wanted to replace and I’m out 40 bucks.
