More times than not if I call the store I get hung up on at least once. Help from employees is hit or miss. There are some helpful employees who at least try but a lot of them practically walk the other direction when you try to ask a question.

Big ol hardware store with everything you would need for home improvement projects and do it yourself garden jobs. Went in looking for washer and dryer installation parts and was looking in one aisle for a while before i decided to ask for help. The gentleman that worked there was very kind in explaining where to go to get the items I was looking for.

I really like this store because it’s close to my and my mom’s house. I often come to the store to get things for my home projects and for my mom’s projects as well. The only problem I have is that they don’t let me get the military discount when my mom is not with me. So although I I’m usually shopping for her and know her information for the military discount I always have to drag her in the store. I was only able to get the discount once during the pandemic for supplies that I was getting for her. Anyway, this is a great store to go to everybody is usually pretty friendly and it’s not ever overly crowded, or at least not when I’ve gone there.
