This Lowe’s is by far the best store I’ve ever been in, it’s always clean and the employees are always willing to help or direct you to someone that can. I was helped with by Kenny and let me you tell you this guy was too notch, completely stopped what he was doing and walked me to the aisle and explained everything I was needing and more!! I would go out of my way to go to this store. Thanks you for excellent customer service!!!

Excellent selection of Fertilizer weed & feed. UrbanIndustriesLLC purchased a whole pallet to put on turf grass and a couple local restaurants.

I tried to return a $100 lamp that was in an unopened box on June 6th, 2021. They said it was out of their 30 day return policy. It clearly was since it was purchased online in October 2020 and didn’t want to return it during the pandemic. I asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to open the box and then say that it is now a clearance item and she would not give us store credit. I pointed out that if she was not going to process the return, I would cancel my $2500 washer and dryer purchase from last week, and shop for new flooring down the street at their competitor. She just said I understand. An absolutely horrible decision by management since it now cost them thousands of dollars in lost sales. All for a $100 item.
