Would like to start by saying, save your patience, time and money. We decided to go with Lowe’s because we assumed a larger company would be more organized and be able to manage a simple tile install easily. Resounding WRONG! In the beginning they sold it to us and made it seem like it would be sunshine and rainbows and everything would run smoothly, but from the beginning it’s been nothing but chaos and lies. We had one asociate tell us one thing then the next person would say that’s wrong and we can’t do that. This was for simplest things like delivering and scheduling. Then they couldn’t tell us for sure if we received all of our $4000+ of needed items, which turns out we did not receive all and they made it seem like I was trying to steal from them when I tried to recover said deficit since the contractors themselves told me they were short items. My husband and I are both RNs with a toddler at home. We don’t have time to try and keep up with what should be their whole business or to try and find someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Also, forget about anyone trying to be helpful and get anything done once they have your money. I am truly disheartening by this company and this whole process and wish we had gone with someone else. Please just save your own sanity and go with someone else.

I am sharing this review for my parents who are both older.BUYER BEWARE! Pella at Lowes took our money and promised us quality windows with professional installation. The bungled installation of my new windows was in June, 2020. My brand new windows won’t open and close, have huge gaps where daylight can be seen, and which allow the elements to enter my home. My windows aren’t square, aren’t caulked, don’t have shims, backer rod, or flashing tape plus more issues! My wife and I are cold and can’t secure our home. It is more than five months after Pella at Lowes got my money and the two companies now point the finger at each other and try to slice and dice responsibility for the most bungled $18,000 window job you could imagine. Five months of fighting with Pella at Lowes while my wife and I both struggle with health issues including stage 3 cancer, a double mastectomy, and the start of chemotherapy in less than two weeks, all while our house is cold and the wind howls. We can’t even stay warm much less focus on our health. Customer service and compassion are not business values at either Pella or Pella at Lowes. We did everything a consumer should do; and, we have been patient, and tried to negotiate a resolution with Pella at Lowes. The reality is we should have had an appropriate and professional install and we should have been done with the the inconvenience at the end of the installation. Little did we know Pella at Lowes and Pella didn’t care once they got our money how this all turned out. These two companies have not shown us they are trustworthy or intent on giving us what we contracted for even after five months of waiting on them to fix what they screwed up.Share this information with everyone you know! If the two multi billion dollar companies won’t do the right thing for two sick, retired older people-they won’t do the right thing for anyone.
