On 4/15/2021 I scheduled an appointment for a generator installation inspection. This appointment was confirmed via an email and a voice follow-up for 5/8/2021. It is now 3 weeks later and I never heard anything, waited the whole day. After many phone-calls to their department nobody picks up, endlessly directed to silence or back to the operator. This would have been a $6000 labor installation job. Good luck doing any installation with this outfit. It’s a blessing that I never got started on this with Lowe’s.

Today is Memorial Day, 2021. Pulled in to Lowe’s and find a memorial in the parking spot for Veterans. Felt pride when I saw this. Some Gave All.

We went to by appliances. Only one person working and when requested help over the intercom as there was a line, Matt showed up. He assisted the lady who was next. In the mean time I had to go ask another person if they could come help as the request for help over the intercom was done 3 times. They gladly helped the next person. When Matt returned we got him and I am so glad. Matt was knowledgeable and helped us with comparisons. If he is not sure he will say so and do a search as well not just leave you with a I don’t know so you can make a decision. If you need assistance in this store look for Matt he is forthright and honest. Matt was Excellent and a great representative of customer service to this store.
