We visited the store to buy a Refrigerator, washer and dryer. Perry was super informative, friendly, courteous and had good recommendations in terms of product features. We left the store to look at few other options at other stores, but returned back to Lowe’s especially because Perry was able to offer us deep savings from Memorial day sale and also helped us get the Lowe’s credit card which helped us with financing. Overall it was a wonderful and smooth experience, especially because of Perry

Stopped in to find some #10×4 screws to repair the botched install of my new entry door. The handiman put too large of screws into the deadbolt striker and the screw heads protruded too far out. The #10×4 by Hillman did the job! Thank you Lowe’s for having what I needed.

If I could give minus stars, I would!!! Lowe’s has a promotion for free garden to go kits to be passed out on April 8. You must register at a store of your choice starting on April 1. I started attempting to register at 7:00 on April 1. The website had apparently crashed because all I could get for hours was error messages that they were working on it. FINALLY…hours later, I get in to register and find it closed! I call the store, no one knows anything about it. The store manager won’t even speak with me! He tells the service desk to give me the 800 customer service number. The lady is very nice but it’s a no-go. This is extremely poor customer service!!!! A cowardly store manager and store associates that are clueless!! No way to run a business… especially in these times when business is hard to come by! Sorry, Lowe’s, you do know that you have competition who wants my money, don’t you? I’m headed to Home Depot for my spring gardening supplies! Your loss, my gain.
