I wish to personally thank Billy, Grace & Carolyn at the Lowe’s in San Marcos.I made an unusual request to receiving which Billy & Grace went out of their way to honour. Carolyn was also very gracious in assisting me to the items set aside in receiving.It was quite a refreshing experience and I am more than happy to continue patronage at this particular Lowe’s location. We love Lowe’s, but today was one of the worst times here, my daughter had purchased some fencing wire and posts, we came to pick them up for her since we have a truck, as I’m writing this post, we’re still waiting for the merchandise, they brought half of it after waiting more than 40 minutes and then questioned as to why we didn’t say we needed all of it! We told them, we came for ALL OF IT, in the beginning, were still waiting!

I went in looking for a lawn mower, weed eater, and many more items for my new home and Donald was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and patient!! He helped me all while still helping others–great at multi-tasking! He helped me with each item and explained them to me. I am a first time homeowner so I needed all the help I could get. I asked so many questions and he even encouraged that I ask as many questions as needed. He is very knowledgeable and I could not thank him enough for teaching me. He really set the bar high for what a sales associate and manager should be like. Also, his personality was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and I felt sooo much more informed about the items I purchased once I left Lowes. He also loaded up my vehicle! He is a huge asset to this company.
