Terrible service. We ordered a washer and dryer set from Lowe’s and were told it would take 10 days to come in. They called us a week later to say our dryer wouldn’t come until a month later. We ordered a new dryer that they said would be here in a week. We call again on the expectant delivery date and they say we have to wait ANOTHER week. We wait another week, we call, and once again they say to wait another week. It has been a month of beating around the bush and them continually pushing back our delivery dates. We’ve had to cancel and pushback orders, just for them to give us false promises. Never ordering from them again!

Thanks you Lowe’s for the military veteran parking spaces. Always been clean, and provides masks, along with hand sanitizer. The delivery supervisor was the only ? Your appliance delivery crew is avoiding any adjustments to the appliance stating it is already set by the manufacturing height. Recommended wood blocks? Sneaky, but not good advice. As a good gesture again, thank you for offering the military veteran and active duty personnel discount.
