Today, my family had to buy a washer machine and found one under $500. The crew member was nice and friendly. He was helping another customer when we walked to buy own product, which was only a moment. He apologize for the wait, helped us out, and was about to load the washer into the truck. Thank you Lowe’s for being a great store.

The only reason this store is getting a 2 is because they had the refrigerator we needed in stock. That is it. The day of the scheduled delivery, they “couldn’t locate” the fridge we had purchased and almost skipped our delivery. When they finally had it delivered, the delivery guy was not given a partner so he attempted to bring in the new one and take the old one by himself. Scratched the entire kitchen flooring and spilled water all over the living room carpet. Left the plastic on the new fridge and installed the handles OVER the plastic so I still have to take off the handles to remove the plastic. Just shoddy. Definitely will NOT use this Lowe’s again.

Need just one more plank of Hardie to finish off project. I could not find the style that they had had an abundance of weeks before. Needed help and asked a young man named Austin for assistance and he jumped right to helping me. Another gentleman that worked there named Bret (don’t hate me if I got his name wrong due to no name tag) heard we needed additional help and neither of them gave up after checking multiple pallets, some we loaded in on the high shelving backwards so harder to decipher the product numbers. Having no luck indoors they found my piece outside.This impressed a lot to me because I rarely need to ask for help when I go there because I work in construction and 98% of the time I find what I need. Sometimes the experience at the “Do It Yourself” stores also means find it yourself. The few times that I have asked for help, after making sure it’s listed on their website as “in stock”, I have had to track someone down for them do the exact things I did and they just tell me that the website must be wrong. That frustrates me to no end.To reiterate, I appreciate that those two gentlemen represented themselves as professionals and made this returning customer very happy. Also, since they found my Hardie planks outside, it saved my husband a lot of time, when our happy clients decided to expand the project a few days later, and when they tried to tell him that it wasn’t available, he insisted they check outside and he returned back to the job site with another good stack.Thanks again Kingsville, Texas Lowe’s
