Currently on hold again after having been on hold for 41 minutes right before making this call again. They hung up on me. Trying to get a hold of delivery department. Associate just told me delivery department is now closed! We’ve been waiting for weeks to get our materials to complete our French drain project. We’ve reached out to the manager and have had no luck. It’s always next Monday – it’s been three Mondays already – and now it’s tomorrow (Tuesday; another manager finally called husband a few minutes ago) between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Really? Wait again? And now we’re being told their delivery driver died and materials are missing. Yes, they’ve given us a refund of delivery charge and 100$ back but WE NEED THE MATERIALS. Trenches have been dug for weeks and dirt is spilling onto the street.

Love their selection on certain things that Home Depot doesn’t have. But I still go to both but I feel like Lowe’s has a better selection when it comes to plant’s IMO.
