Got a notification that my order was ready and hopped in the car to pick it up. Used the app to say I was on my way. Pulled in to curbside pickup spot #4 and used the app to say I had arrived. Waited over twenty minutes while no less than 4 associates saw my car and another car in curbside pickup spots. The app never indicated it was too late, instead said my order was ready and in cute green letters that store is open until 10:00. When I finally gave up on the app and called the number on the sign, the associate simply said curbside closes at 8:00. I told them the app never said otherwise. She replied, Curbside closes at 8:00. You can come inside to pick it up. Bottom line, if curbside closes at 8:00, that information should be front and center for your customers. I shouldn’t have to call to find out what the curbside hours are or be led to believe by your app that someone is bringing my order to spot #4.

As always they didn’t have what I was looking for. Couldn’t be bothered to check ANY other stores. I finally found what i needed at Home Depot and was able to order it for pick up after being told by the Lowe’s employee that after the freeze all the plumbing contractors had bought out all those parts from all home repair and plumbing stores and they wouldn’t get any for at least 2-3 wks

I was about to give them a 1 star rating until one of the manager’s, Daniel, came to talk to us. He helped us resolve our issue. To add to that, the cashier (wish I had read her name tag, but she was at register/terminal 8) was nice enough to assist us in getting a discount. Thank you both.
