The employees are unknowledgeable of the departments they work in. Customer service desk employees seem to have issue with returns. Curbside pickup is a joke. I always have to end up going in and then they can’t find the order. There’s one young girl there at customer service desk that complains about other coworkers every time I go. Right in front of customers and no one says anything to her about this. I really hate shopping here but The prices are cheapest on most things. I wish they would hire people that can work with the general public.
