Walked to Lowe’s to buy Grill. Took so long until somebody to help. We found the Webber brand and according to the gentleman who helped us, it was one on the show room they offered for $829.00 and delivered. One of the managers walked to help us, got information and confirmed delivery. I have to say there is a big sign “free assembly and free Delivery for all in stock grills over $398.00” We went to cashier to pay and another manager said there is no delivery for reducing price items. I tried to remind him that the sign doesn’t have any indication of his wrong statements and doesn’t exclude floor models. He said you have to carry it away with you. So nonsense. We will purchase from Home Depot. I’m not sure if anyone at Lowe’s would care. But it was my bad experience.

We went through self checkout and paid cash. Their cash machine did not have enough money for change and we were forced to wait for over 20 mins for the manager since the person working self checkout said they were required…

there staff is nice. Scheduled a measurement for bedroom and closet. They scheduled it came out the next day he was late 2 hours late when we had work. And then they said there’s going to be two to three days so we went over to Lowe’s pick our floor. Then we just never heard back from him they had the material at the store. I just wanted a floor for my bed room and still dont have a wood floor yet… got our refund on the measurement. But get this yesterday after 3 weeks I get another call saying they’re going to come out and measure. I called him back and left a voicemail saying we don’t need you anymore. Thanks Lowe’s oh don’t go to Home Depot either there is worst as Lowe’s..
