I really like this Lowe’s on the Tomball Parkway at the Cypresswood Drive exit. The parking lot is large with easy access.Merchandise presentation is good with very few out of stocks. The Garden Center is my favorite department. Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I was in the store on a busy Saturday afternoon and the checkout process was fast unlike some other stores.

The guy on the appliance floor was great. But their delivery system is horrible. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour waiting for a manager. The delivery was supposed to originally be for 8-12. It got switched to 8am to 8pm WITHOUT our knowledge or agreeing. The only reason we found out was because my husband called. Still NO word or manager regarding our delivery and it’s almost 8pm. I will never shop at Lowes ever again. It’s too bad because the person on the floor was so good. That’s the only reason I gave any stars.

Needed assistance in finding a particular appliance light bulb replacement and found someone right away who was able to get me what I needed. Unheard of anymore in these big box stores so I was grateful to get in and out of their fairly quickly with exactly what I needed.
