We looked on line to make sure they had the washer and dryer in stock before we drove the 75 miles one way in a storm to go buy and bring them home on the trailer I was pulling. When we got there they only had one of the pair in stock. They count the floor models as stock but don’t want to sell them. They want you to order them then come back and pick them up . Heck if I want to do that I could do that on-line and have it shipped to my house. Your screwed if you want to buy one the same day or on a weekend. I miss the old days sometimes. If your site says you have them they ought to be there. No EXCUSES

Typical Lowe’s, shelves in disarray, apathetic staff (with the exception of our cashier). I hate having to go to Lowe’s (this applies to ALL Lowe’s I’ve been to). I’ve learned two things, over the years. 1) Never assume that what you’re pulling off the shelf actually belongs there. Compare the UPC, or the SKU number to the tag on the shelf. 2) Never believe that anyone there knows what they’re talking about. To be clear, that does not mean everyone, but there are some that will offer bad advice.
