Worst customer service I have ever seen. One associate out of seven was willing to listen to our request (get a large mirror off the top shelf for us) and paged someone to help us… no one ever came. Luckily my son is over six feet tall and was able to wiggle it out so we could both lower it to the floor. One associate told me “this wasn’t her section and she didn’t know what was going on back here,” and walked away quickly. Three others simply ignored as I asked for help and walked past me.The cashier who checked out our merchandise was friendly and engaging (otherwise I would have given zero stars). Additional items we chose (three ceiling fans) were either in the wrong slot, or price marked incorrectly.I have shopped at Lowe’s in North Texas for decades, and this Lowe’s (Tyler) a few times and have never been so ignored. I use to avoid Home Depot and shopped at Lowe’s because of their support to veterans. That’s probably going to change after yesterday.

Good selection, if you could locate it. Aisles were extremely congested with crates of new stock and stock handling equipment. Navigation with a shopping buggy was difficult due to narrow passage through boxes of items. Check out was friendly and helpful.
