My first experience a couple of weeks ago was not so stellar and I ended up buying my appliances from Best Buy. However, today’s visit was above & beyond my expectations. I casually mentioned my first experience in Lowe’s to the lovely clerk helping me today. She apoIogized to me for that experience. I received a phone call from the store manager approximately 20-25 minutes after I left the store. The manager asked what happened on my first visit so that he could ensure that adequate retraining could be done for the associates involved in the first visit. Absolutely wonderful customer service today and a store manager who wants every customer to experience great service every time they visit. Bravo Marshall Lowes!
