Happy with immediate service, delivery & installation from Lowes of my new Samsung refrigerator. Their competitor had a lengthy wait for delivery of any refrigerators, and fewer in stock. Highly recommend Lowes for your next appliance. Also used their financing program offered. A+ experience

Thank you Casey for giving us a bad experience. We were going to get a piece of wood and have it cut to our needs and unfortunately the saw wasn’t working (hasn’t been for 2 weeks) understandable, but not really since it’s a store that sells lumbar. Casey was sarcastic and not helpful in any way, told us to fix the machine or but a saw. Upon checking out with our uncut wood the cashier had to finish her conversation with a co-worker before acknowledging us. A bunch of immature kids. Disappointed
