Curbside pickup was a big fail this afternoon . After sitting in the curbside pickup space on hold for about 10 minutes, I went into the store to retrieve the item (microwave) that my wife ordered. I was then asked if I had a cart, which I got and took the item to my car and loaded it myself. The loading part is not a big deal, however why have curbside if you don’t have the staff to work it. Curbside is about convenience and this took me 3 times longer to accomplish this pick up than it should have, including the time it took to write this review. You can do better than this, Lowe’s. You need to do better than this.

Being from out of town it was great to see a similar layout to my home store. The clerk was very nice, and knowing what we needed it was nice to have an older gentleman offer to assist as we looked in the seasonal area.
