Good morning everyone this review is for Lowe’s home improvement store on N. Galloway Ave. and I 30 in Mesquite this particular Lowes seems always well managed with team members in all departments like in the lumber department to paint department electric, lawn and garden, etc. I’m going in lawn and garden today and as you can see they’re extremely well stocked with every kind of plant you might want to go in and around your house inside plants outside plants all kinds of herbs succulents shrubs trees fertilizer soil whatever you might need this Lowes has it if you’re around Mesquite area stop in to this one is easy on easy off whichever way you may be coming, you’ll have a good day.

Another way of knowing, Home depot is the BEST! I KNOW it’s an entrance…. But sometimes its easier to exit that way. Home depot allows both to auto open any door, incoming traffic and outgoing traffic. Lowes wants to be smart and not let people exit thru an entrance, you must go all the way around to exit….Very smart lowes and inconvenient as well!!!

Ordered washer dryer. Told delivery in a week. Called day before. Told I’d get call or text in the morning. Must have tried calling them 25 times and no answer in appliances or delivery. 70 years old and recovering from Covid. Hubby working so paid someone to wait with me. Finally reached someone who said pick out something else and they’d try to match price. Ours was on back order but we got no call. Went back to store and so excited to get an upgrade. Delivery today. Dryer has a scratch. Washer drawer so damaged it can’t be used. Again tried calling and got no answer. Finally went back to store a third time in tears. Hopefully it’s being sorted tomorrow but I’m not counting on it. Was so excited to get new washer dryer and Lowe’s ruined it for me. It would help if the would answer their phones. Worst customer service ever. Ruined my day three times.
