We went over to the Lowe’s looking for a broom organizer and asked about 4 different people. Seriously not one of them other could help! Person #2 could not be blamed she couldn’t leave her station but was helpful in guidance. Guy #5 for the WIN Michael helped us oh so much!! He helped us through our search! We tried to compliment him via manager and she wasn’t really exactly thrilled about it. So, I thought I would prance myself over to the Google and make sure there was a form of written proof he was great and happy to help! So thank you Michael for being someone to restore the faith in American workers! Thank you!!

Staff is usually easy to find and helpful! Sometimes I like to compare what I find here to things at Home Depot. I could only find this 72 black ceiling fan at Lowe’s but it works both ways. Also have good sales on mulch etc.

KL helped me purchase a new refrigerator yesterday. He was the most helpful employee I have ever encountered at that store! He and Stephen in the appliance department went above and beyond the norm. It was greatly appreciated as buying an appliance when you HAVE to can be stressful. In addition, the delivery team was also wonderful!
