Bad move in the Lawn and Garden center. Marked down plants was my only reason for visiting the Lawn and Garden center. Now, the ‘new markdown system is clearly management driven. Real plant enthusiastics love the challenge of seeing a plant that needs a lot of love and then enjoying the process or trying to revive it. We know there is always a chance that the plant will never make it. This is exactly the reason that we do not want to spend too much money. The new system will never work..for you.

They will not answer the phone. If your delivery date changes or your order changes, expect no phone calls from them. It’s a nightmare.**Update**After finally getting in touch with a manager, I was generously reimbursed for the inconvenience. And the delivery date was provided accurately at that time. However, their contractors for delivery were embarrassingly unprofessional. They were in my front yard yelling and dropping f bombs. I was too afraid to say anything to them.
