I commend your store for great customer service I witnessed in the self-checkout lanes a few weeks ago. Y’all were slammed at the time, and I watched a patient and cheerful clerk — wearing the name tag “Amber” — go from customer to customer, helping them work the self-checkout machines. She made everyone she sped along feel great, including me.Amazing grace under pressure!

We were helped by a knowledgeable customer service person who showed us the best quality yard blower and edger at a bargain. Trying the equipment at home and it worked better and efficiently right from the start. It is best not to buy insurance and go to cashier instead of self help; more cashiers were present to check you out fast within 7 minutes. Service is better than ever.
