Quite possibly not the most unorganized Lowes in the country.First off, let me the say the staff is FANTASTIC. But that is were the positive review ends and that is the only reason I even gave this store 2 stars. If there was another home improvement store within 30 minutes, I would go there.Lowes has this great thing on their website that tells you the item location and inventory level. The problem is ITS NEVER ACCURATE at this store. Every time I need something, I have to ask an employee to either (1) find the item in a completely different area of the store known only by the employees own experience or (2) find a ladder to get the item from the box 15 feet above the empty shelf location.Now, you might say why not use curbside pickup. Well that’s because every time I place a curbside pickup order I get a call saying they can’t find items in the order. I recently placed an order for something that there were 42 in stock. They couldn’t find any of them.I don’t know if this store has ever done an inventory, but they really need to do one and update the locations appropriately. Until then, I might just find time to drive a town over to go to a different store.

Most of my experiences are good, my last visit I was sent to multiple locations to find one item. When I found the item, no one was around to help. I waited and searched for an employee for 15 mins. Finally someone helped and he was very nice.
