They lie to the customer’s about prices and post one price and charge another.

In store selection is pretty standard for Lowes.

Lowes is by far the absolute worst home improvement store. They have made 3 attempts to install a new window in my home office. Twice they’ve installed it incorrectly and the third time didn’t even bring the window that I ordered. Tried to get away with installing a less expensive product with broken springs I might add. They sent new installers to my house in March and promised a May delivery and accurate install. Received a call today that the window won’t be installed until July now. I placed my original order in Oct of last year for ONE window and they can’t even get this right. Which was originally supposed to be installed in Nov. Glad I didn’t order windows for the whole house! Worst customer service too. It takes forever to get someone to call you back, at every level. I even paid in full up front. Probably way more than I should have but it would probably take another 10 months to get that resolved, if I was willing to even broach the subject. Point: buy home products at a place that has good customer service, decent turnaround times, installers that know how to perform accurate installs and employees that actually understand how to do their jobs. The windows weren’t even measured correctly. I finally had to do their job for them and measure the windows myself and point out that the windows they were installing were not only what I didn’t order but weren’t even the right size. I’m done!

Friendly place. Took @pele.thepup there for some socialization and everyone was super nice. They also had the water filter I needed for the refrigerator.

They only had one self check out that takes cash. And they weren’t directing people who were paying with card to the card machines. I had to wait 15 minutes to buy one item. Everytime I go in here I have to wait like around 10- 20 minutes to check out because non of the registers will be open and almost non of the self checkouts take cash. There’s no point in even having those self check outs if they aren’t fully operational. Home depot doesn’t have this problem when I go in.
