The service at this place is consistently just awful. The most recent example happened this weekend. I waited a LONG time to get a quart of semi-gloss paint mixed. To clarify, it’s not that there were a bunch of customers in front of me, there was simply no one to be found for many minutes at the paint desk. An associate finally showed up and mixed the paint, however, I found when I got home that the paint had been mixed in satin not semi-gloss. That’s on me, I should have checked the can before I left the store. So, I decided to try and beat the system and order the specific color I wanted online for in store pick up when the item was ready. I assumed I could avoid the long wait time for someone to show up at the paint desk to take my order. All went well, I placed my order online Friday night and got an email Saturday morning that my order was ready for pick up. Great! I headed to the store, and was refunded for the incorrectly mixed first batch of paint. Great! I then moved to the pick up register to get my newly mixed paint, and waited, and waited, and waited, while five (5) associates explained to another associate the procedure for accepting returns. After listening to this long conversation I am expert on the return process. Finally, one of them decided to help me. She found my order no problem, but I was smart enough to check the cans this time, and, predictably, the paint had not been mixed. The cans were just the base paint I could have pulled off the shelves myself in a total of two minutes. I then had to go to the dreaded paint desk, and wait for well over fifteen minutes for an associate to show up. He was called two times over the store PA, but still he did not materialize. Finally, James arrived, rude and put out. He informed me that he had purposely not mixed the paint until someone was there in person to check the color. Keep in mind, this does not appear to be Lowe’s policy, just his own personal way of doing business. I get that we’re having a tough time finding workers for the labor force right now, but surely the service can be better than this.

This is a very well stocked Lowes that is easily accessible to all Northport residents! Because it’s close to Walmart and Aldi, you are able to do home improvement shopping along with groceries without having to go far. Overall, a really great location to shop on McFarland Blvd!

Amazing definitely a must try! Aussie burger was amazing and so Juciy it was cooked to perception! The fries were seasoned so perfectly! Yum! Go check them out!
