I ordered curbside pickup no One bought me my order went inside and stood in line for a hour. Just to be told they don’t have my order. Ten cashiers standing in one spot helping only one customer. While 20 customers wait. One guy named Jeffery help three customers the best he could. I don’t want to shop anymore unless it’s online.

Always enjoy going to Lowe’s, especially compared to Home Depot. The Associates are friendlier and are willing to help (at least the ones that I have come in contact with) and they actually WILL SEEK YOU OUT to ask you if you need any help, which I don’t seem to find at the other place. They always have a really good selection of seasonal items and we found everything we needed for Christmas and I’m very thankful to be able to get everything we needed to decorate with because of course we’re all the more thankful this year. Thanks Lowe’s and everyone have a Very Merry Christmas and please stay safe! ❤️ ️ ️ ️

Never enough staff to assist customers but the ones that are there are trying their best. It’s not their fault but store management should look into their staffing model. Went to Home Depot and had 5x the staff available to assist customers.
