We wanted to work with this store on a major home renovation. It was very challenging to even find someone in the store that would help us arrange for floor measuring. The person who was to measure our floors cancelled twice and kept telling us to repeat basic information like our name and address because the computer wiped it out. It was difficult to believe that this person could be capable of measuring and maintaining accurate data. We cancelled the measuring appointment because our experience just seemed a harbinger for more headaches. Getting reimbursed was difficult. Customer service is not good at this store.

Good selection and customer service at this location is far and above some others. Worth passing my local store and making the drive.
