Ordered a patio set in store. Table and 6 chairs. Never got a phone call that they only had 4 chairs. I called and spoke to Erin (not sure of spelling) in delivery and he went above and beyond and found the 2 chairs for me. I then ordered a storage unit and spoke with Chris who also was helpful. I was told order it as a pick up so no delivery charge and they were delivering my 2 chairs today (Saturday). Chairs came and no storage unit. Once again called and was told it will be put in truck tomorrow. Calling the Vestal store is a nightmare. They put you through to department and it rings and disconnects (numerous times) After this I am done with Lowe’s

This store used to be the go to for supplies. If I hadn’t bought their brand humidifier, I wouldn’t go back. Don’t worry lowes, I created my own ladder to get down an item! Nobody offers help unless you are an older person.. and the website is never correct with the items location.
