We ordered a stove and refrigerator over two weeks ago. We had a delivery set up for last Saturday and they called Saturday morning and stated due to a call in they couldn’t deliver. They said they also couldn’t deliver anytime after 3 during the week but possibly Saturday. They couldn’t be certain. They said they would also remove our old one for $30 and then said they couldn’t! We ordered flooring Sunday and said we would get an email when it was ready. We never received anything and it was ready Monday! Yesterday we went to the Rome store to see how they were going to make this right so they paged a manager. We waited over a half hour just for him to never come back and assist us! We give you a lot of business and for the money we spend I would expect better customer service!

Would give them a big fat ZERO. Ordered a washer/dryer online that was supposed to be delivered 4/29. Got a missed call from the store the night before with no voicemail or text, assumed it was regarding delivery confirmation so I called the store number back, was told all delivery team was gone for the day at 5pm, told the associate I just received a missed call at 7:21pm. She gave me the run around and transferred me to a few different departments, was still unable to see my order or any information pertaining to my order. Late that night I received a text for confirmation of delivery the next day, window was 11am-3pm. We initially chose 8-12 when we ordered online but whatever, no big deal at least we are getting it, right? I should known this was the huge red flag for what would happen next. The next day, no call, no updates on anything NO DELIVERY or even any correspondence was made. The entire delivery window came and went. We tried calling the store and spoke to several employees who had no idea what they were doing. Manager Heather, associate Mary and Zachary – all gave us the run around. Each employee gave us contradictory information and basically just tried to say anything to get off the phone and not be bothered. One employee said our order hasn’t been received yet, another said it was probably out for delivery the next day, and then one said we probably have to reorder the item. We hadn’t received a call back or update on our order so we called again today, got hung up on and was eager to cancel the order and lose our business. I’ve shopped at different Lowe’s locations and have ordered many large appliances with no issues. The staff and experience at Rome have been awful and I will never give my business to that location ever. Will be canceling the almost $1700 order, and probably cancelling the almost $12000 we have for cabinets. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Stock varies, staff are barely helpful with a scoff that you have the audacidy to not hove the lowes app to tell yoy where items are(commonly listed wrond anyways) and enough aisle obstructions to make a fire marshal blush before needing to correct a manager.Update,Just as bad… fire hazards, stock of scar and warped wood. I’ll suck up the hour drive to Clay.
