This was a bit of a jaunt for us, but well worth the extra distance. Seeking a riding lawn mower, this was the only place in a nearly-90-mile radius who had stock. It was very busy, but we were helped quickly, and when the transaction became tricky, the staff was excellent. 10/10 would return here. Extra kudos to Samantha and the rest of the team at the service desk who assisted today!

I’m particularly fond of the Rome Lowe’s. They seem to have adequate and helpful associates who are eager to help. Even if you are just passing one of them they always ask if you need help finding something. The cashiers are always polite and friendly as they are efficient. We were able to get all of the supplies we needed to build a small deck in just one weekend with all of the pieces being in stock in the store. Oftentimes many places don’t have enough material to make that possible.

Mike and Dave in Appliances were extremely helpful and personable. They went out of their way to ensure my experience was positive and I could tell they really cared if I found exactly what I was looking for. I hope this makes it back to them because they deserve recognition.
