Self check out, barely any floor staff, cashier at returns is kinda no help.

Really had to go there to check on a washing machine that is to be delivered on the 28th. I thought there had been a mix up with the delivery but it was all good. While there I got to add some flowers and a shrub to my outside gardens. Overall a good visit.

I am so disappointed in Lowe’s lately. They just don’t have the same quality they had 5 years ago. I understand prices rise, but what they are asking for lumber vs what they are offering just doesn’t match up these days. Stopped in to grab some landscape timbers the other day (they are kept outside in the garden center) they were so gross and warped everything they had was unusable (possibly moldy?) But I could clearly see a new fresher straighter bundle sitting up on top of the very high shelving waiting for the junk to sell first. Figured I’d check out the plants while we were there, and wasn’t impressed. I really got a kick out of their managers specials. Plants were dead as a doornail. We left without making a purchase.

My husband and I ordered a patio set on 3/27 that’s displayed right in the Queensbury store. We’ve had nothing but problems with getting and not getting our order. We received different communications from online and the store representatives. The morning of 4/11 the delivery man called and said he had our whole order but when he arrived we were missing the benches that belong with the set and the fire pit. The delivery man said they must of forgotten the fire pit but would go find out what was going on with it when he got back to the store and let us know. Well we never heard from him again. After calling customer service and a few trips to the store we were finally able to find out the fire pit was delivered to the store 4/14 and delivered to us 4/18. Almost a month later and we still don’t know when the (2)benches will be delivered and the original display is still sitting in the store. I know the store in under staffed , but upper management should do something to help the employees and customers. My husband and I have sent emails to the top level executives at Lowe’s and still haven’t heard anything back. We wouldn’t be so upset or disappointed if we could get a straight forward answer of when we should receive the rest of our order, altogether we’ve spent almost $3000.00. As I love Lowes’s variety and choices the lack of help makes me feel like I shouldn’t shop there anymore, They don’t value their customers!
