Keith in the Garden Department was very helpful locating perlite for me for my landscaping needs . Even though the store was busy on Saturday afternoon he continued to review computer data showing that the store had 57 bags available. They were stored up above on huge racks left unpacked.For a young person, he was most accommodating and helpful. Amsterdam NY Lowe’s is fortunate to have Keith as an employee. Kudos to Keith!

I prefer Lowe’s as it’s more retail styled with a clean and bright environment and the selection is often easy to find and with different options to choose from. Staff is hit or miss as far as help goes. Had some great help and not so great help. Using the app to navigate the aisle for the products you’re looking for is pretty accurate as well.
