Drive from the other side of Brooklyn looking for some specific pothos and was able to find it quickly. Lines were not long, there was adequate parking and the cashier was quick and courteous. I’ll be back soon to check out their garden section again.

When walking in, I asked one of the employees about Lowe’s curbside pick up. He was informative and accommodating. They do offer curbside pickupI think Lowes has a phenomenal team of employees. The place is well organized and clean.I did not see any signs that reinforce customers and employees to wear masks, which I think they should display.Their regular check-out goes above and beyond the COVID-19 safety protocols. As for the self check-out, I think there should be a middle divider between both sides of check-out stations.
