Went to buy rubber mulch. It was wrapped and on a pallet on the 2nd shelf. The cashier said he would call an assistant. No one came. I asked 2 workers nearby for help. They went about their work. Who’s supposed to be out here? one asked. The other came over and got the forklift operator. There was no place to put the pallet. I needed 8 bags. No one offered assistance to bring these to my car. Got my cart, which they loaded, and I pushed it to the register. He didn’t offer to get me any help either. The Home Depot in Oklahoma is more eager and able to help me. I would expect the same or better here.

Had been visiting this place for several years now and it’s getting worse. Associates are not at all helpful if you ask them for quotes etc and restrooms are dirty!!!

Had a great experience tonight. I bought a desperately needed replacement part online and picked it up curbside. When I arrived and called the store the attendant said that the part hadn’t been delivered to him yet, so he ran and got it and had it out to me within 2 minutes. Awesome service.
