Andrew went above and beyond to find us the grill we wanted. Great costumer service and great human being!! To us he embodies what costumer service is. Lowe’s make this guys a general manager! If he is a general manager bump him up. He’s Vp level. Thank you so much Andrew.

Clueless customer service. Went for a propane exchange, told they are sold out. Showed them the picture. Needless to say I got my propane

Don’t let them install Front Doors. They totally jumbled the whole process including measuring and ordering the doors. Day of install came, they rescheduled. Next install day came and they gave me another story that they didn’t know my door needed to be delivered. I got 2 different stories from the installer and the store. They told me the boss would call me. A week later and no call. I wound up cancelling the whole job and having them return my $ for the doors. Start to finish this was over 4 months. Should have been installed in 4-6 weeks I was told. Do yourself a favor and use a private company. The best part is, the “kid” Chris who worked in the door dept no longer works there. Take this advise and don’t trust them to handle any installation. Just google it and see the posts that are out there. I wish I did before wasting 4 months
