If you need technician service expect to deal with some unwelcoming people and sad faces just because you bother with your presence. All I need is a simple swap of wheel and you must see their sad faces. Then they try to justify that they don’t have tool to take a wheel of. A simple socket. Incredible for a truck service business not having sockets for wheel bolts!!! Then they just disappear pretending they are looking for tools when they had nobody there other than me. For management this was on 5/11/21 around 7pm. I just left without receiving any service.
