I SET UP A RV STORAGE AT THIS LOCATION. I WAS INFORMED I HAD TO PAY A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I WENT TO CLOSE THE STORAGE OUT LESS THAN A WEEK AFTER I SET THIS UP. I WAS NOT AWARE THEY WERE KEEPING ALL MY MONEY ALL $164.00. GRANTED I WILL NEVER REFER LOVES STORAGE SOLUTIONS TO ANYONE. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I HAD NO REFUND. MY ID SHOWS I AM NOT FROM SWEETWATER, TX. SO WHEN I WENT IN TO CANCEL MY STORAGE THEY SAID NO REFUNDS. I DID NOT AIGN A NO REFUND DOCUMENT AND SHE COULD NOT PRODUCE ONE WITH MY SIGNATURE. TODAY THEY CALLED ME AND WANTED A PAYMENT. THE PHONE # SHE GAVE ME FOR A SUPERVISOR WAS NON WORKING. THIS IS FRAUD, DO NOT USE THEM.
