After years of sleeping on a mattress on the floor, I was more than ready to find the perfect bed. I knew what I wanted. I wanted a storage bed with drawers but I didn’t want it to just be exposed wood.I found Lovely Furnishings via Etsy on my search. I really liked their beds and they were definitely first on my list but I took a while to really make my decision. So I decided to start my search about them.Unfortunately their was hardly anything. No about me on their website and reviews were scarce and I saw a bad review by one user posted all over where they could.I saw that they had an address so I figured they may have a showroom and drive to it since it’s not too far from where I live. I kept calling the number I found on their site but it didn’t sound like my calls were going through. I stopped calling but a few minutes later I received a call from Carlos who explained to me the address was their business location and not a showroom.We spent quite a few minutes going over the details of the bed and he made sure to be very specific and give me any information I needed. I provided my email to him where he answered any questions or concerns I had. I decided to take the plunge after his great customer service and purchase the Tiffany 8-drawer upholstered grey bed with no headboard. (I will include all photos he sent me).There was some miscommunication about when the bed would be ready, I had thought it would be ready to go within a week but he had to build the bed from scratch and it would take 4 weeks. I was bummed because I had bought a new mattress and wanted the bed to arrive first. I expressed this concern to Carlos and he made sure to expedite the build and delivery.I finally received the call from Carlos yesterday that the bed was ready and told me he could deliver yesterday night. I was ecstatic and said YES! my mattress wouldn’t be coming till Monday so the timing was perfect. He had also told me he made sure to deliver it the night before our rainy storm would begin and last until the next week to make sure I got my bed before that and not wait another week. How great is he?!Carlos provided above and beyond customer service through out the whole process. He addressed all questions and concerns. He expedited the build, and he even delivered it and installed it free of charge. If you are lucky enough to reside in the California area, you will have the pleasure to meet this awesome business owner and I’d tell you, make the purchase with Lovely Furnishings. You won’t regret it!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Bed came damaged, broken, not usable. Seller refuses to take responsibility after I paid $2000. Can’t use the bed and he DOESN’T CARE! DO NOT BUY!
