I had a bad experience at this store location. I ordered new straps for my backpack the first time, I gave them all of my information. So once the straps came in they could call and I could pay for them and they would ship them to me. No one ever called. I went back a second time and told them what had happened the first time. They said they were so sorry and it wouldn’t happen again. A month later still no call. I called th man who helped me and he said he remembered me and forgot would call me first thing in the am….two days later still no call. I am currently on hold trying to talk to someone. This is not good customer service for such a high end store.
