A few months ago, I went in to the store to buy an outfit for my wife. (Im not the only man to say this, but going into an all females clothing store can be intimidating). The manager at the time was a young lady named Emily who was welcoming and beyond helpful. Her assistant manager and her got along so well that their energy was contagious. They helped me find an outfit for my wife and she loved it!Last week I went in in hopes to get the same treatment. WOW HAVE THINGS CHANGED!! The manager was nasty and aggressive, and treated her staff like her personal slaves. She has no style and was trying way to hard to make a sale.The store was empty and for good reason. Lulu Lemon is right across the street, go there and avoid Lorna Jane at all costs. They are desperate to keep their doors open and their desperation for sales is embarrassing.

I used to go in for weekly style sessions until the management change. The previous manager was a young woman who had a killer sense of style. She would make styling sessions fun and always knew the latest trends. After a session with her you would feel incredible in your new outfit!Yesterday I went in to the store and got styled by the new manager and it felt like my grandmother was trying to dress me. I tried to explain what I liked but she did not have any clue what looked good.The store is dated and the new Manager is terrible. Off to Lulu Lemon and never to return to Lorna Jane again!
