This was a recall service appointment. Flatbed pickup and delivery was an awesome experience! Juan Rivera, the driver, was perfectly on time from pick up to delivery and very pleasant and professional Jennifer in the Service Department customer service was delightful to speak with. She called after my car was at the dealership to offer my second free service during the recall correction. No impact to schedule and I didn’t need to make a second appointment in a few months. Overall an excellent experience with my Longo Lexus RX350. Thank you Dennis Lo for your help coordinating this!
