I would recommend not coming around 9:00 p.m.The drink machine gets stuck so once you’re done filling up your cup you have to pull the lever back towards you.Then I go to get Sweet Tea and it’s sour, as you can see from the picture there are some things floating around in there as well.The woman at the counter didn’t seem to have any remorse or sympathy.She never even attempted to empty the tea container.Her attitude was unacceptable! Also to top it off she starts speaking in Spanish so no one can understand but I am bilingual. Retraining sounds necessary, maybe how to make tea since she was asking what was she supposed to do about it in Spanish.

We dined in the lobby. Nicest people and excellent service. Their drive thru was busy the whole time however we were the only customers inside. Very clean and great fish w/ shrimp dinner. Delicious and very hot. Excellent experience.
