Serving over 3,000 families in the greater Long Beach community, including the cities of Lakewood, Bellflower, Signal Hill, and Avalon. Our Scouting programs include Cub Scouts (ages 5-10), Boy Scouts (11-17), Venturing, Sea Scouting, and Exploring (14-20). Our mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime. We build character, instill values, and practice leadership skills. More than 1,200 volunteers from families just like yours are the key to a community centered, family oriented program for youth inclusive of all backgrounds. Outdoor adventures include camping, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and lots more.
