A phenomenal experience every visit! The people are outstanding at Lone Star. The facilities are top notch as well, but it’s the people who make this place so awesome. Doug and Larry at the range are great. It was Doug who helped me figure out a good handgun, as I was renting several handguns at the time. Ronnie sold me on a great handgun with a crisp trigger and fine features. Steven is now my go to man, after he helped un-jam my gun when I tried some new ammo, which turned out to be not to specs in some rounds. He took the time to disassemble my gun and make sure that I was oiling it properly. These people care very much that you have a good experience.You cannot go wrong with Lone Star. Their excellence in all things firearms cannot be matched. I visit regularly!

I can’t stress this enough; this place is AWESOME! Very wonderful staff, reasonable prices, and a great range. I recommend coming in Mon-Fri 9-12 a.m. to get the “Early Bird Special,” so you can shoot at a discount. They let you rent small arms if you desire, and I had fun trying a .22 Wrangler. You can check out their website and find the gun or accessories you’re looking for. This place a great overall stop and shop, and I highly recommend walking in.
