I’m sad to give Loft such a bad rating but unfortunately this location was extremely disappointing. I was shopping inside and had several clothing items that I wanted to try on. Upon going to the dressing rooms, an employee moved a sign in front of the door and informed me they were closing the rooms. It was 5:15. The store closed at 6. I then asked if there was a place the employee wanted me to put the clothes that I was not able to try on. She proceeded to tell me I needed to hang all of them back up. Not only was this terrible customer service- but also so dangerous in the time of covid to let these garments go back on the shelves without any cleaning. (While I followed mask guidelines am not sick to my best knowledge, it is very concerning that this location would operate in such a irresponsible manner.) None of the employees spoke to me as we exited the store or encouraged me to come back at another time, and as a note, I was not helped/approached once during my entire time in the store. As a reasonable person, I will continue to buy Loft clothes (elsewhere), but I do not believe I will not be visiting this location again. Their behavior today was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I hope this input can be used to improve this store- but fellow shoppers beware.

Sales associates are very disingenuous. Every time I do a return here, I receive so much pushback, little assistance, and dumbfounded looks by associates. I’ve been able to do seamless returns at other locations, but this one always makes it difficult. Usually when I come in, there are 3-4 employees that don’t acknowledge you. Hope they get better customer service here one day, but won’t be doing my business at this location.
