Saw this lovely sweater before walking into the store, and thought it would be a nice gift for my friend. Walked in while two representatives were present. Did not even have the decency to acknowledge my presence while I kept browsing for almost 3-4 minutes.While the price is reasonable to charge someone $70-80 for a women’s top, the least you can do is train your staff to at least put on a fake persona and let the customers know they are noticed and welcomed. Managed to get what I wanted next door at another retail.
